BACKGROUND

Smoticons connected to DMI with an aim to create an app that could change the standard behaviour of emoji based usual keyboard interaction to an exciting one with a sense of innovation in it. A solution was built which allowed user to capture their selfies and apply a ghost emoji to reflect the expression.

APPROACH

The solution followed DMI process of discovering the space by leading to ideation phase and testing of prototypes & production build with the real users. Since it was a new concept, DMI helped in building a brand for Smoticons from logo design process to setting up of visual guidelines.
